This is a first time purchase. And soul searching out of 11 companies which QS Supplies had the right product and quality.
Delivery no problem with a phone call on time of arrival.
Well impressed with the instructions and found the install very straight forward.
Very sturdy and has been put to use with the current hot weather we're having with no issues.

They have a 14 day return policy which is difficult when our electrician had covid and had to cancel. One of four items was not needed but we were 5 days outside the 14 day return period. Having spoken with and emailed customer services to explain the situation, they point blank refused the return. No customer service whatsoever hence my one star. Please be aware when ordering.

Great service and help was offered as my original choice of taps was out of stock. Delivery was really quick. Definitely recommend.

Order is still missing after 11 days despite being emailed to say it would be with me within 3 working days. No tracking number is provided so have no idea where it is. I have placed 2 calls and they seem unable and unwilling to find out whats happened to my order and keep blaming the supplier and giving me "stock" answers. It wasn't until the second call and after giving me the stock answer ("should be with you this week, etc. etc.) that they even looked at the dispatch date. When they realised it was 7 days ago there was briefly a mild surprise but then went back to the stock answers and no solution given .Both times I've called I've been told somebody would call me back with an update and they have not. What a terrible way to do business this day and age.

Have used before and all good but problem with last order, customer services appalling, they've lost my custom. Ordered basin/toilet suite, toilet seat was missing when delivered, contacted QS who said it would follow in two weeks. On this basis went ahead and fitted the bathroom. Several weeks later nothing so chased only to be told seat is discontinued and they'd refund. I asked if they could recommend an alternative - no response. I contacted the manufacturer to see what the alternatives were and they said it would be back in stock later in the year. Contacted QS to let them know and that I'd be happy to wait. QS apologised but basically a complete brush off. Have subsequently had more help from customer services at other companies where I'm just looking to buy a toilet seat and now sorted but the time I've had to spend on this is ridiculous. Will def not use QS Supplies again

Delivery was quick, online ordering was straightforward.

Excellent product very easy to install and it great power shower.

Very speedy and safe delivery. Product looks very good but although in place it’s not yet in use. Exactly as expected, a very low profile tray which certainly looks classy, looking forward to trying it out.

DON'T BUY
Customer service are a joke, insulting and of no help whatsoever. Order was late, item arrived damaged and customer service refused to help, clearly think they're above the law relating to customers rights.
